Min-y-Don is a privately owned villa in a secluded location perched on the cliff with breathtaking views of Redonda and Nevis across the Caribbean, as well as the Montserrat hills inland.

Situated at the end of a small road, the only sounds you will hear are from the sea and the wildlife - birds, tree-frogs and crickets.

Set in a large mature garden with its own private 30 foot long tiled pool, this is the perfect location for complete rest and relaxation in the privacy of your own "home". Woodlands Beach, which you will usually have to yourself, is just 10 minutes walk away.

The house sleeps 6 and is set out on two levels with external stairs and separate entrances.  The master bedroom & bathroom are on the upper level, with 4 further single beds and 2 bathrooms on lower level. Further details are on the accommodation page.

Rental rate is according to occupancy.

Please note: the house is not suitable for small children and is usually occupied by the owners over the Christmas holiday period.
